Change the Outdoor Warning Test from Tuesday at noon to Sunday at Midnight and Make it A Rap Air Horn Instead

Are you tired of being reminded it's only Tuesday? I am! I'm sick and tired of these weekly reminders that it's just another boring Tuesday afternoon, we live in one of the most exciting cities in the world and it's time our Outdoor Warning Test's reflect that. Two words: Sunday. Midnight. Boom! That's right we're moving the warning to Sunday at midnight! What a way to end one week and begin a new one! And out with that boring old air horn sound, it's 2019 so we need some rap air horns! That and I'm happy to announce I'm also beginning a kick starter for famous Bay Area band Train to voice the warning!

Picture this, it's 11:59PM and you're outside smoking some legal weed after a long week and blam-o rap air horns and the Bay Area's best letting you know that if something goes down you'll know about it! A single tear comes to your eye as you realize you're currently living in the golden age of civilization and everything's going to be alright.
