Prosecute Republican Leaders Who Use Threats and Intimidation to Interfere in Trump Cases

Trump is facing multiple cases at the federal and state levels, for a range of crimes. And Republican leaders in Congress and beyond are blatantly interfering by using threats and intimidation to try to get prosecutors and other officials to drop these cases.

And if they keep this up, they should go to jail.

It's one thing to criticize a case or a prosecutor, or to defend Trump. But threats and intimidation are another thing altogether. And there are laws against that. And if people like Kevin McCarthy and others want to use threats of any kind, or try to whip Trump's mob into a violent frenzy, they need to be charged, prosecuted, and put in jail.

Those overseeing the Trump cases and making tough decisions have a hard enough job already, and shouldn't have to fear for their lives.
