Legalize fireworks!

I would like to make fireworks fully legal in the state of Arizona. Statistics say that 99.4% of fires caused in arizona are

not attributed to fireworks. Also, if proper safety precautions are used almost all of fireworks injurys can be eliminated.

You are 94.11% more likely to be killed ice skating than to be injured using fireworks. and as i said earlear that can be

virtually eliminated if we follow simple safety precautions.
