The locals here, the previous Animal Protection Officer, Frosty quit suddenly after the public found a dog that was under his direct care to be loose and have been raped. He quit as it was now public, but cannot imagine it was a secret. Their rescue site is not given out to people who lose their pets. Taken out of the county to unannounced location. Why is that? To heal?
I texted my neighbor to stop when he was raping his dogs in the early morning 4-5 am, awakened by the painful yipping of the dog to the rhythm of human intercourse. It was very stressful, occcured often and had reported it to the new Animal Control Officers who never got back with me as promised. Nothing changed.
Now I am being prosecuted for crime of texting "STOP", as apparently I interfered with his right to culminate the act. Who is the criminal here? Why aren't ordinances against abuse of animals enforced, as the dogs were being replaced, four in four months. It can be deadly for a dog, as they can hemorrhage to death and it damages their internal organs. They are not designed for a human penis.
Please sign petition to tell the Village of Corrales, that animals who are being abused should be protected and people who report them should not be punished. The law won't change if protestors are punished.
I know how to block and how to text "stop". But it stopped the dog from crying out immedidately. Not likely I was wrong, and Animal Control report not forthcoming. It is not a consentual act.
