Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers killing hundreds of wildlife patients! Demand Change!

Squirrel Creek Wildlife Rescue in Littleton Colorado was raided by Colorado Parks and Wildlife twice in three weeks resulting in Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers killing hundreds of wildlife patients.

The animals killed by Colorado Parks and wildlife came from our Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, wildlife coming out of surgery, our neonate incubators or our various rehabilitation enclosures and even wildlife on our land that was not contained in enclosures.

Total numbers of wildlife taken from Squirrel Creek Wildlife and executed by Colorado Parks and Wildlife in the past three weeks are in the hundreds. It is a sad and regretful day for the citizens of Colorado to have the wildlife that makes Colorado such a great place to live destroyed because of an arrogant and unmonitored group of unprofessional individuals hiding behind the badge the public once trusted them with.

Governor John Hickenlooper,

Allow Squirrel Creek Wildlife hospital and rehabilitation center to continue to treat their wildlife patients. It is too late for the hundreds of wildlife patients, but it is not too late to investigate and change the way Colorado Parks and Wildlife do business. There were other rehabbers in the state that these animals could have gone too. Instead, they were noosed, killed and others were released into the wild before they were ready! This is an act of animal neglect and abuse by CPW. Please order an investigation of CPW.
