University of Phoenix Withholding Student Transcripts & Placing Student's In Collections For No Reas

I have attended University of Phoenix for over 3 years. They sent me money that was left over from financial aid, which is normal and then months later requested the money back as they stated they were not suppose to send me that money. I am now in collection with them for over $2700 and they are holding my transcripts hostage. I had 1 year left to graduate and to peruse my career and they have stripped that dream away from me.
