Make HBO consider to shoot TV Series based on the Georgian poem “The Knight In The Panther Skin”

"The Knight in the Panthers Skin" is a Georgian poem, written in the 12th-13th century by Georgian Poet - Shota Rustaveli. Besides the fact that it is considered as the biggest work in the Georgian literature, it is also the work which could be seen as one of the important examples of the world's poetry. The text is important for its techniques as well as the morals developed in it. 12th-13th centuries were considered as Georgian golden age, before the renaissance era had started in Europe. During golden age, Georgia had a woman ruler - King Tamar (not queen), on whom it's believed the poem is based. The poem introduces different beliefs which were difficult to rise for that period of time, such as, for example - equality between men and women. The plot itself is very interesting, which takes place in the imaginary countries. The idea of screening the poem was very scary, because there was a great risk of losing all of its importance, however, after watching GOT it became more than just an imagination. Therefore, it would be very appreciated if HBO would at least consider the idea.
