Stop to protect, support and promote child rapist, torturer and murderer Nepali Guru Dharma Sangha Ram Bomjon!

CLARIFICATION OF TERMS

This Petition is about stopping the endorsement, support and promotion of a Nepalese false "spiritual leader" Ram Bahadur Bomjon, known under various names like Dharma Sangha, Mahasambodhi, Maitriya Guru, Buddha Boy, Little Buddha, Tapasvi, Palden Dorje, with variations: Bamjan, Bomjan, Bonjan etc. His original civil name was Ramlal Bahadur Bomjon Tamang, which he had changed to Dharma Sangh Bomjon. In the below text we will refer to him in short as "Bomjon".

He is currently absconding an arrest warrant from 6 February, 2020 for repeatedly raping a child nun Gangamaya Tamang and murdering a his monk helper Sanchaman Waiwa, with suspected murders of his long-time personal helpers, who disappeared from his own Ashram household, namely Chinimaya Tamang, Phulmaya Rumba, Suresh Ale Magar and Rita Bot. Apart from these, Bomjon has a long list of crime accusations including physical attacks, abductions, holding captives and tortures resulting in exceeding bleeding, fractures and physical handicap. The writer of this Petition is one of Bomjon's victims.

Bomjon's cult is managed by his "Committee" named Bodhi Shrawan Dharma Sangha, who are the spokespersons of their "guru" in hiding. In this Petition we refer to them in short as "BSDS".

His alleged "new religion" is named variously as "Maitri Dharma", Bodhi Marg Maitri, GuruMarg, Maitri Marg etc.

This Petition is addressed to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and other listed organizations and individuals with authority of decision about justice for Bomjon's more than 72 victims, many of whom did not survive his tortures. We will refer to all the addressees as "OHCHR & etc."

WHAT TRIGGERED THIS PETITION

On 18 June, 2020 the Nepali Police made a police raid based on the arrest warrant issued by the Sarlahi District Court to arrest Bomjon, a powerful Nepalese cult leader. The Sarlahi Public Prosecutor's Office has filed a case in the district court against Bamjan, accused of raping, murdering and committing violence in the ashram in the guise of an Ascetic. The arrest warrant was issued because he had been repeatedly raping his then 14 years old nun servant, Gangamaya Moktan Tamang. (Article in Nepali) (Article in English).

In an immediate aftermath, similarly as after every police investigation into Bomjon's crimes in the past, his "official organization" (BSDS) had organized a private press conference complaining about the "violence" by police during the investigation and the injustice, as well as allegedly "false accusations" and "media conspiracy" against their revered leader.

Recently they have turned to various human rights organizations including the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, to stop the police investigation, media coverage and in fact stop serving justice into the many independent crime accusations concerning Bomjon.

In reality, Bomjon and his cult members are demanding that the United Nations ignore the plight of more than 72 victims of Bomjon's crimes, over the last 13 years, including the last known case of repeated rapes of a 14 years old nun!

The most shocking sight for the victims of Bomjon was when his foreign followers were marching in February 2019 with the flags of the United Nations and European Union, with the demand to the Nepali authorities to stop the police investigation to the child rape of Gangamaya Tamang, the murder of Sanchalal Waiwa and the disappearance of his long-time nearest helpers Chinimaya Tamang, Phulmaya Rumba, Suresh Ale Magar and his first girlfriend Rita Bot! Does the United Nations and the European Union seriously wish to endorse, defend and support a serial rapist of children, a murderer and torturer of 4 foreign visitors and more than 70 Nepalis?

The cult followers of Bomjon are currently turning to the OHCHR again, this time not only to ensure him and his accomplices total criminal impunity, but also to give him a status of a religious refugee who suffered religious persecution and human rights breaches from the Nepal Police, Nepali media and the dozens of independent Nepali victims! This is an outrageous twisting of the truth and a disgrace towards the desperate child rape victim and families of murdered monks and nuns!

WHAT WE ARE REQUESTING OF YOU

• We are thus requesting the OHCHR & etc. NOT TO ENDORSE, NOT TO DEFEND, NOT TO PROMOTE AND NOT TO SUPPORT Bomjon, his BSDS organization and his "religion" based on worshiping his person and tortures of alleged "witches"!
• We request the OHCHR & etc. NOT to block the police investigations against this criminal guru in the name of some misrepresented "religious right" of a criminal cult leader!
• We are requesting to allow justice to be served in Nepal, in the case of more than 72 victims of brutal violent attacks, rapes, abductions, holding captives, tortures causing bodily handicap and murders perpetrated by Bomjon from 2006 until today!

We are watching in great shock and disbelief, the daring attempts of Bomjon's criminal cult's managers (BSDS) to request the UN for religious protection for Bomjon and stopping the police investigations into the long-time crime series of this cult leader! Already in February 2019 Bomjon's foreign followers had been carrying the United Nations and European Union flags in their protest march to deman impunity for Bomjon in the police investigation into raping a child nun, murdering a monk and disappearing (suspected murders) of 4 other  monks and nuns. Please see it with your own eyes in this video! 

During the last 13 or so years, similar activities had been regularly stopping all police investigations against this dangerous cult leader, but until now it was always at the national level. These were bribes and intimidations, lobbying at prime ministers and other political leaders, and silencing the media. We can no longer tolerate Bomjon bringing shame to Nepal's religious tradition, defilement of everything what is holy, including Buddhism and Hinduism in Nepal. Countless Buddhist monks had spoken out against this criminal cult which poses as a "reformed Buddhism", while it is not even a religion:

In fact, Bomjon is not a holy man and his group has nothing to do with religion! Countless educated Buddhist monks had been speaking out against Bomjon and warning that he has nothing in common with Buddha, like Prem Dorje Bal Lama, Acharya Karma Lobsang Guru, Dharma Guru Acharya Sarbajit and even a local monk of Ratanpuri!

• Please, OHCHR & etc. we request you to make a closer look at Bahadur Bomjon's police cases (all available on mainstream media, Wikipedia, police registries), and the poor victims who often live in clay thatched houses or do not even have a home or family to stand behind them!

The victims have nothing to fight with and don't have political contacts to lobby for our rights like Bomjon has, we don't have luxurious villas in many hectares of land like Bomjon, and we don't have foreigners to donate us millions of dollars to bribe police chiefs, politicians and celebrities like it is in his case! We have only justice, God and you, the OHCHR & etc. who could make a difference in our pursue for justice!

If you allow Bomjon and his organizations to be acknowledged as a religion ("Maitri Marga", "Maitri Dharma", "Bodhi Marga Maitri", etc.), that would mean that you ignored the plight of torture victims, under-aged rape victims and murdered and disappeared nuns and monks from his premises, and also the fact that I myself, Zsuzsanna Takacs, remain handicapped due to the tortures for all my life. Please do not do such inhuman mistake!
There are illiterate, moneyless, and frightened victims and their family members, who are waiting over many years for justice! Finally, from 2018 Nepal Police had changed their formerly corrupt condition, and they started to take the murder and rape cases by Bomjon seriously. But Bomjon's followers are using all connections and tactics, including money, to stop the police investigation! This is how it was happening over the last 13 years, but now we cannot allow this to happen anymore!

If you, the OHCHR & etc. help this cult leader and turn against his surviving victims and the families of his murdered victims, it means that you legalize a murderous cult, which will continue and continue, but already at an international level.

• That's why we request everyone in the list of those whom we have approached in this petition, to give it a second thought and do not do hasty decisions based on well-sounding phrases of "religious freedom" and "religious intolerance" that Bomjon's cult is playing with! In short, it is not what it seems to be at first sight.

Amnesty International had already shown a dangerous precedence in interfering in Nepal Police's investigation, when they arrested Bomjon's currently most active official, Topchen Guru. Amnesty International had allegedly played part in releasing the person who could have given valuable leaks into the whereabouts of the 5 disappeared nuns and monks of Bomjon's household (they were among his nearest personal servants). By this Amnesty International played a shocking part in blocking justice for the more than 72 victims, among them me!

• We are demanding the OHCHR & etc. and especially Amnesty International, NOT TO HARMFULLY INTERFERE in Nepal Police investigations, and that you are not one-sidedly biased towards Bomjon and against his dozens of victims, who had been tortured, raped, held captives on chains, beaten to blood and many of them even killed! By such interference justice had been blocked raped children, family members of murder victims and victims of his torture who became bodily handicapped by Bomjon's cruelty!

Human Rights organizations should first make a through investigation and meet with Bomjons victims, before making such far-reaching and inhuman decisions as to help the cult to free an accused accomplice of a criminal leader!

• We demand that no more bribes are accepted to stop police proceedings, no more political lobbying by Bomjon's powerful ex-politicians are taken into account, and that human rights bodies start to closely monitor the just investigation, prosecution and serving justice in Bomjon's crime cases!
• We request the OHCHR & etc. start to call Bomjon and his cult by it sow name: a criminal gang and its criminal leader! This is NOT a religion, and it is totally against the holy tradition of Buddhism and Hinduism in Nepal.
• It is deeply offending to every Buddhist and Hindu to consider Bomjon's human sacrificing cult a "religion"! We are demanding a ban to call this criminal group a "religion"! It is insulting towards the surviving victims who live a broken life after the tortures, as well as heartbreakingly inhuman towards the family members of murdered victims of Bomjon!

Actually, Bomjon had started to destroy Buddhist temples, by instructing his blue-robed devotees to go and throw out Buddhist statues from Buddhist temples in villages and burn Buddhist holy books (Sutras). This just cannot happen that United Nations and AI would support such a harmful "new religion", which poses as a peace organization but in reality is a criminal group abducting, torturing, raping and killing people from time to time!

Because of the Bomjon cult's repeated attempt to block justice by bribes, bombarding human rights organizations and political leaders, intimidating victims, witnesses and media

• We wish to request the OHCHR & etc. NOT to allow the continuing injustice and not to back a system of silencing victims and witnesses of Bomjon's (and his followers') crimes!

These crimes of Bomjon and BSDS include witchcraft accusations, abductions, rapes (including under-aged nuns and sister), brutal violent attacks leading to excessive bleeding and fractures, holding people captive on chains or locked in jungle huts, collective lynching people to death at Bomjon's order, disappearing (suspected murders) of his nearest nun and monk servants, and one eye-witnesses murder!

WHO ARE THE VICTIMS, AND WHAT DID BOMJON DO TO THEM

The first police report was made by the then under-aged Gangamaya in 2018, but the police refused to take it, allegedly because she was not yet 18 and her mother died and her father sides with her rapist. Thus the young girl was protected only by the media and women's right organizations, patiently waiting for her 18th year so that she could finally get justice.
She is not the only one, who is eagerly waiting for justice in case of brutal tortures, bloody attacks, rape and murder of their loved ones by Bomjon and his followers! It has been a series of unspeakable brutality and perversity, what this Nepalese false "religious leader" is doing to, by now, more than 72 people, over the last 14 years! I, Zsuzsanna Takacs, the founder of this Petition, was also his victim in 2012:

I had been abducted under a false invitation to Bomjon's Halkhoriya Jungle, then locked up in a house and later transferred to his jungle compound to be tied on heavy massive chains to a tree near his villa, one on my neck, two on my ankles. They fastened the chains on my body and on the tree trunk with 6 oversized padlocks. My neckbone is seriously damaged from the heavy chain padlock until today. No one was allowed to cross the barbed-wire fence to search for me, he had appointed guards, to my shock, many of whom were wearing the robes of Buddhist monks. I was tortured there actively by regularly hitting me with various sticks (rubber, plastic, wooden) by Bomjon's nearest followers at his orders, Tomasz Henryk Tarnawski of Poland (Dorje) , Darshan Limbu of Piluwa/Kakarbhitta, Shyangbo Dong (Dawasha), Suresh Ale Magar and many others. Once during the 3 months captivity Bomjon himself also let me carried in chains to him at night, and mercilessly beat me with a thick bamboo stick int blood and bruises. (I was an older woman that time, 43 years and I went there to forget the pain after the loss of my baby in Europe).

At that point my right hand was already broken, lifelessly hanging on the arm, but it had just started to heal in the last days. Then Bomjon ordered Molam (Suresh Ale Magar) to re-break my right wrist, what he did. Bomjon himself broke my right wrist the third time, and then broke my left wrist. He then hit my forehead and blood started to pour out. I was entangled in chains. Tomasz Henryk Tarnawski, Darshan Limbu, Suresh Ale Magar held my body on the ground, khenpo Dawa Shanbo and a young monk "Budha lama" were holding fire torches for Bomjon to see me. It was surreal. It looked like a satanic ritual! Bomjon did not explain why he was doing this to me, apart from complaining "why did not not come earlier, when I called you?". (Suresh Ale Magar is currently among those who disappeared, suspected killed, by Bomjon!).

Then he returned me to be tied on that chain and they continued to torture me. Eventually I was released on the 24th of March, 2012, because my European friends and boyfriend started to search for me, and also 5 journalists had arrived to find about my whereabouts. The police chiefs SP Dan Singh Bohara and DSP Krishna Prashad Sharma had known about me and a Nepal woman tied and tortured there (they admit this in a video) but did not rescue us. The Nepali woman who was tortured there with me, was released later, but then disappeared.

Bomjon had stolen during that captivity my personal belongings and valuables, including my Acer netbook computer, MP3 player, glasses, sunglasses, personal writings, holy books, address book, jacket and other more expensive clothes, mobile phone, audio cassettes and even my Czech ID card and many other things. Although my country's then Consul Ivan Chomo tried to request my belongings back in 2012, the Nepal Police did not retrieve even my belongings.

Nepali authorities, instead of helping me as a wounded and traumatized torture victim, they followed Bomjon's recommendation that I should be jailed in Immigration because I did not have Visa. In fact, I was unable to arrange my Visa while I was chained to a tree 3 months! But the Nepali authorities did not behave to me with any compassion, did not enable me to get medical treatment with two broken wrists, body covered with bruises and after repeated rapes! I didn't even have shoes.

The authorities had been bribed, as Bomjon's followers told me that even if they release me, they have all police under their control, and that even if I wanted to speak out, no one would care. And it was evident. I was a victim of 3 months brutal torture, but Nepali authorities behaved to me as if I was the criminal! And they did not even question Bomjon. Everyone in Bara District knew I was tortured there, but locals are afraid of his political contacts.

Nepal's police, instead of helping me as to a victim of three months torture and rape in Bomjon's compound, jailed me to a cramped immigration custody and terrorized me that if i did not pay 2600 USD, they would send me to a proper jail for four years! I have survived my death in Bomjon's hell, but then immediately I was met with so much inhumanity that I did not believe it could be true! I can never forget the despair and helplessness they let me in. They did not even enable me to properly wash my body and clothes after repeated rapes and tortures. I was dirty, smelly and covered in bruises, dried blood and sexual biological defilement by the rapist, and in this condition I had to stay in the cold cell until my deportation. I could visit a doctor, wash my body and clothes only after arriving to Europe! I was barefoot and had no money. Finally an acquaintance of mine in Europe learned about my ordeal and by the help of my New Delhi Embassy paid the money to get me out. (The Immigration added one month extra to the penalty, just to earn more money).

The Nepali Immigration authority demanded from me 2600 USD to pay so that I am released, which included the Visa penalty fees for the 3 months that I was involuntarily held as a captive on chains and tortured in Bomjon's jungle! I consider it entirely inhuman of Nepal that instead of providing me with victim support, they even terrorized me to pay for the time spent in extreme suffering as a captive! Is there any country in the world where a victim of a abduction must pay for the Visa for the time spent as a hostage? When will I see any humanity, any justice from Nepal's Government and Police in my case?

Bomjon's followers (BSDS) are now writing a petition to request the United Nations (OHCHR) to ensure Bomjon international "protection". Will the United Nations rather support the criminal who tortured me and others? Bomjon is rich enough to bribe contacts in Nepal and abroad, and by this he managed to get continuous support over the years and continue in his crimes against many people undisturbed!

Every organization and individual who supports Bomjon, is an accomplice in his murders, rapes, tortures, holding hostages and violent bloody attacks! He is NOT a religious leader! What religion is that which breaks my wrists and makes me handicapped all life? What religion is that which rapes under-aged nuns, disappears other nuns and monks and kills elderly monks in the eyes of dozens? It is a disgrace to deal with Bomjon and his group as with a religious organization!

• Please, don't let such injustice happen! Please stop to promote and support Bomjon's criminal activity, covered in the shiny robe of a "new religion"!

We don't want any more victims of Bomjon to suffer as I had to suffer, and I want to stop Nepal's authorities to behave to Bomjon's victims like they behaved to me! Please stop to re-victimize Bomjon's victims!

I was happy to have survived, and it took many years to me to heal. I did not have any support from any organization or government to pursue justice against Bomjon. I was instead receiving further death threats from his European followers like Ivy Jugoa of the Netherlands, and from many Nepali followers. Without any victim protection, all alone, I decided I needed to unite with Bomjon's other victims. This was when I started to make my own research into the other victims' cases, and to my great shock,
GRADUALLY, A TERRIBLE PICTURE OF MASS MURDERER, MASS TORTURER AND MASS RAPIST "MAITRI" CULT STARTED TO REVEAL IN FRONT OF MY EYES!

I was collecting this extensive material on a website I have opened in 2014: The Halkhoriya Times . Later on I also started to record videos, to warn the public about the often deadly trap that this "holy man" is offering.

I have learned that he did similar brutal deeds already before 2012. And actually, due to the lack of interest of the Nepal Government, police and human rights organizations, Bomjon could not only continue to do such crimes, but he even got stronger, more established and even he became supported by prime ministers!

So many police reports against Bomjon had been already cancelled without investigation, so many victims and witnesses had been silenced, so many disappeared! Please do not allow this anymore! There must be justice for the dozens of Nepali and the four foreign victims of Bomjon!

I elaborated all these cases with relevant media links, photos and videos on my website The Halkhoriya Times and on my YouTube Channel , here only a summary:

1. 2007 - Anil Khatri of Ratanpuri (bloody attack with sword),
2. 2007 - kidnapping a Spanish visitor lady, torturing her for weeks in this jungle, releasing her in terrible mental and bodily condition
3. 2005 - 2009 sexually forcing his cousin Asali Lama, who was also a nun, and who was cooking for him,
4. 2009 - sexual affair with Rita Bot of Sarlahi who then disappeared and never found
5. 2010 - attacking 9 shepherds and 17 Madeshi people, all by the help of his "monks" and Tamang followers
6. 2011 - attacking his visitor Australian follower Jason, brutally beating his head, banging to concrete, locking him up, he escaped and flew back to Australia
7. 2012 - kidnapping, locking up and then chaining to a tree, torturing 3 months of me, Mareechi, breaking my two wrists (X-ray available), ordering to rape me by his bodyguards Darshan Limbu, used Suresh Ale Magar. Darshan Limbu, Tomasz Henryk Tarnawski, Shyangbo (Dawasha) Dong, khenpo Dawa, Jas Bahadur Waiba, Usha and many others as torture assistants and accomplices
8. 2012 - kidnapping and torturing on chains for 2 months of Mata Ani, a Tamang woman, raping her and breaking her wrists and beating. At the pressure of the media he releases her, then she disappears.
9. 2012 - Bomjon had also attacked his own siblings and let his mother attacked, what had been described to me personally by them, as well as by a Canadian eye-witness. The attacks was with swords, and ended in locking up his own family members for 5 days without basic needs. The reason was that they wanted to take home their smallest, then 13 year old sister, Ranjita, after the news about my and Mata's torture appeared in the TV. Bomjon's mother accused Bomjon of sexually abusing her smallest daughter Ranjita. But the police report made by Bomjon's mother had been again cancelled, due to a 70 000 NRP bribe
10. 2013 - Bomjon incites his followers to bloodily attack 13 youths in Sarlahi District with swords he gave them, after which the village committee demands Bomjon to leave the village
2014 - lets kidnapped 5 villagers of Ratanpuri, 3 escaped, 2 are beaten all night to pouring blood
11. 2015- 2016 - Bomjon and his followers lynch monk Sanchalal (Sanchaman?) Waiwa to death, also torture and (according to witnesses) kill nun Chinimaya Tamang, nun Fulmaya Rumba, kill (according to witnesses) Suresh Ale Magar. He also, with his followers, (according to French witnesses) lynches his own sister Manomaya until her brain swells, of what she dies in 2016 without allowing her to visit hospital!
12. 2016 - Bomjon and his followers kill US retired psychologist Dr. Moore, according to his relative who contacted me,
13. 2016 - Bomjon repeatedly rapes Gangamaya Tamang, a 14 years old nun, who later reveals that Bomjon also often raped at least 5 other younger nuns!

WHY IS THE POLICE INVESTIGATION AND JUSTICE BLOCKED IN THE CRIMINAL CASES OF BOMJON OVER THE LAST 13 YEARS

His long-time worshipper former health minister Mani Lama pushed Bomjon's issues up to Nepal's prime ministers. In 2014, just 2 years after he held me captive and tortured, he was invited by the then prime minister Sushil Koirala to his residence.

In 2016 he was again invited by the then prime minister Sher Bahadur Deuba for a meeting.

In January 2019, when the rape case of Gangamaya Moktan Tamang shed light, Bomjon and his followers created a massive political backlash and issued a Memorandum to the leader of Nepal Communist Party, Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) to stop the police investigation. https://kathmandupost.com/national/2019/01/02/bomjans-supporters-press-against-ashram-cases-probe

Other politicians like Bomjon's former Maoist leader devotee Bhuminand Devkota, and Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa had been also mobilized. Mr. Dahal allegedly promised Bomjon's followers (BSDS) that he would speak with the current Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli (to stop the police investigations).

Because of the involvement of political contacts, the police investigation into the rape, murders and disappearances of 6 poor Nepali citizens had been cancelled in April 2019! The surviving victims of Bomjon and the families of the murdered and disappeared victims had been all deprived justice!

And we, the "older" cases, whom everyone had forgotten already, because we had been not given a chance for justice at all, we had our last hope when under the former police chief Mr. Gyawali the police decided to take things seriously about Bomjon's crimes. Now, when the arrest warrant and police raids look like they are merely staged, all the former and recent victims of Nepal's dangerous Bomjon Cult are crying. We had been waiting so long for justice but we cannot overpay Bomjon, who is supported by rich Thai, Vietnamese, Singaporean, Swiss, Chinese, Taiwanese, Canadian, Australian US, etc. followers, and who owns hundreds of hectares of land in many places of Nepal, and lives in sheer luxury!

As a former follower and later victim of Bomjon, I know many names, a lot of information, but the Nepal Police did not ask me even once to help them in the investigation! If they did, they would have known, that Bomjon does not have only one single mobile phone, but he has more than 50, according to French eye-witnesses! Also, according to Bomjon's own family members, he used to use satellite internet from his jungle compounds already from 2011! And Bomjon has rifles and guns, I myself had heard their shooting exercises, and Bomjon's relative had seen those weapons.

• We are thus requesting the OHCHR & etc. not to believe their false picture when they show Bomjon as the actual victim of false accusations. You cannot just ignore the dozens of tortured, raped and killed victims, in the name of "religious rights" of an, in fact, a dangerous cult! Are the human rights of victims not a priority compared to the human right of a perpetrator?

They had been trying to dismiss any report and whistleblower by accusing us of being part of conspiracies (Hindu, later Christian), being against religion, wanting to destroy their "peaceful communities". etc.

After every police search and raid, Bomjon's followers make a "press conference", and complain about injustice, religious persecution, human rights violation and even violence! It is shocking that a dangerous criminal cult, the victims of which are living lives as handicapped and broken people, and which also apparently (according to witnesses) brutally murdered people by collective lynching, is complaining about police violence! They are misusing laws and right for freedom of religion as a tool to harm people. In fact, Bomjon's cult could be called, at best , as a "new religion" based on human sacrifice.

Bomjon's followers led by Mani Lama, Kaman Singh Lama, Nilbahadur Thing, Bhuminand Devkota, Jas Bahadur Waiba, Chatra Ghising, Raju Saha and others, who form the BSDS, had been not only trying to twist the narrative to show Bomjon as the actual victim of violence, persecution (by the Nepal Government, police, Christians, Hindus etc.), but they are regularly intimidating the media, even established and traditional mainstream media and journalists with many years of experience. Bomjon's cult always lashes out against the media as soon as the media just informs about mere facts. There had been many cancelled articles and self-censorship due to this permanent pressure, including intimidation by European and other foreign devotees of Bomjon.

Police had to act already in 2012, or already in 2007,when Bomjons' first violent attacks happened. But there was no one there for us to protect us, many victims, and give us a chance for justice! So at least now, when a poor orphaned 14 years old girl who dedicated herself to be a nun, was abused sexually by Bomjon, and when other nuns and monks whom I personally knew, disappeared (suspected murdered by him), at least now when there is a murder of Sanchaman (Sanchalal) Waiwa witnessed by two people, a least now don't let yourself to be fooled by Bomjon's followers that the victim is him!

REQUEST TO THE NEPALI GOVERNMENT, POLICE, CIB AND HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS

• Please, Nepal Government, Nepal Police and CIB, NHRC, Amnesty International: dismantle Bomjon's Ashrams which are havens of crimes, sexual perversity, child rape, bloody human sacrifice, witch-accusations, prolonged tortures!
• Please, also prosecute all Bomjon's accomplices, including the politically powerful ones, those who are members of police forces and foreigners! Justice should be blind! People of political position, rich and powerful and foreigners should have no right to harm human beings on the land of Nepal!
• We request that Bomjon's victim get finally justice after so many years of intimidations, threats, lack of victim protection and a constant terror from his powerful cult!
• We also request that Nepali media is no more threatened and silenced when publishing about Bomjon's crimes, as it was happening during the last 13 or so years! Countless articles had been made deleted, five journalists who had in fact came to rescue me, had been physically attacked by Bomjon's bodyguards. Nepali citizens and also concerned people all over the world have the right for information and right to learn the truth!
