Save the Grizzly Bears - End Wyoming's Misguided Grizzly Bear Hunt!

When news that the grizzly bears around Yellowstone National Park had been removed from the Endangered Species List made headlines last year, animal lovers were right to worry.

The iconic predator of the American outdoors now had a target tied to its back. It would be only a matter of time before officials would allow hunters to harvest these bears that had been protected for more than 40 years.

Unfortunately, that day has come. Wyoming officials have approved the state's first grizzly bear hunt since the animals were delisted. Starting in September, hunters will be able to take a total of 23 bears.

The decision to delist the bears was wrong, but offering their heads up as hunting trophies is even more disgusting. Show the state of Wyoming that you are against this senseless hunt. Sign the petition and demand that the September hunt is canceled.
