Save the EPA: Tell Scott Pruitt to Resign
Trump's EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt is a danger to our public health and our environment.
He has been a climate change denier for years, and when he was the Attorney General of Oklahoma, he sued the EPA 14 times over critical environmental safeguards. Now that he is running the EPA, his attacks on our environment, our health, and our communities have been non-stop. And the damage that he is inflicting on the agency itself could take decades to undo.
We are running out of time to fight climate change, and every moment we do not act is another gamble against our children's futures. We cannot afford to have such a dangerous person running the EPA. Dear EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt,
Since you began leading the EPA, you have attacked nearly 70 critical environmental safeguards. Because of your actions, our clean air and water are more threatened, our climate is at a higher risk, and our children's futures are less safe.
You are not doing the job of an EPA Administrator – you are absolutely failing to protect human health and the environment. In fact, you're doing the exact opposite.
I demand that you recognize the irreparable damage you are doing and you resign your post immediately.
