Demand Conor McGregor Be Deported From America For Being A Violent Criminal

On April 5, 2018, Conor McGregor entered the United States intending to cause mischief, property damage and incite violence. By any estimate he succeeded, maiming American citizens, causing massive property damage, and costing U.S. taxpayers an estimated $500,000 in totally unnecessary legal expenses.

As an alien national, McGregor has no right to admission into the United States; rather it is a privilege granted exclusively by the Department of Homeland Security and United States Customs and Immigration Services, via a Customs and Border Protection Officer, who is conferred with exclusive authority to approve or deny any applications presented to her/him.

Dana White, CEO of UFC, McGregor's employer, who spoke to him after the attack said McGregor expressed no compunction, rather that it was "something that had to be done". White commented, "I don't know if he's on drugs, or what his deal is." Joe Rogan, on his podcast, speculated that McGregor may have been on cocaine. It was clear after last year's reference to an opponent's supporters as "dancing monkeys", causing massive offense to African-Americans and all Americans, that McGregor's worldview does not reconcile with American values.

Regardless of the vast efforts of his high priced lawyers to rig the system, McGregor's actions are on video, clear for the world to see. As Americans, we must demand our brave CBP law enforcement officers hold McGregor to the same standard they hold all other foreign applications for entry. Perhaps a relevant, analogous case precedent is that of boxer Adonis Stevenson. Prior to boxing, Stevenson made a career of pimping underage girls in Montreal. Stevenson was allowed into the U.S. to fight and train until DHS discovered his background and permanently barred his future entry into the U.S.

A hot rumor going around is that because UFC is Saudi Arabian owned, and Disney/ESPN just gave UFC $1.5 billion despite being the only major sports league without a union, McGregor has been assured that he is above the law. These realities makes it doubly important for Americans to unite as one and ensure that our sovereign and sacred right to deny admittance to those we deem unfit is not mocked. Americans are universally praised for upholding the highest ideals and values; Americans have no desire or need to be influenced by Saudi Arabian values, a country that is totally anti-female, and has thus far refused to accept responsibility or pay restitution to families of 9/11 victims.

McGregor's deviance has no place in America at this already divided time. Americans are in the midst of an incredibly contentious internal debate around entry into into the Homeland and secure borders, and the last thing Americans need or want is an exception for a man with impulse control issues (or possible inability; blows to the head cause frontal lobe damage which regulates impulse control), and willfully engages in public violence and mischief, misguidedly believing he is above America law.

On June 14, 2018 McGregor will return to the U.S. to face 12 charges, including two felonies, in Kings Criminal Court in New York. It is very important that Americans stand united, proclaiming loudly their twin desires for 1) law and order, and 2) equality under the law.

By signing this petition, you call on President Trump, Secretary of State Pompeo, Secretary of Homeland Security Nielsen, and all CBP officer presented with any application(s) after the legal proceedings conclude, to uphold American values and permanently bar McGregor from entry into the United States. As Trump said in his 2017 State of the Union, "Those given the high honor of admission to the United States should support this country and love its people and its values". McGregor has made his disrespect for American values clear on several occasions, he represents a real threat to public safety, and his actions demonstrate a clear unfitness for future entry into the Homeland.
