Election Fraud/Voter Disenfranchisement in New Orleans Sept. 18th Elections

Extreme voter disenfranchisement was perpetrated upon New Orleans voters on Sept. 18th. Demand that the situation be investigated, the results thrown out, and the elections reheld.
On September 18th, 2004, 15 percent to 20 percent of the parish's polling places failed to open on time when 52 voting machines failed to arrive on time or when no one was at a polling site to accept the machines. At least one polling site had not yet opened by 3 p.m., but voting was not extended beyond the normal 8 p.m. closing time. 90 precincts were affected which combined have 58,134 registered voters.

This is blatant disenfranchisement of New Orleans' voters, and we demand that the situation be investigated, the appropriate persons held accountable, and the election results in New Orleans thrown out and the elections reheld.
