We are a coalition of advocacy groups demanding clean-up of the Columbia River, whose primary polluter is Teck Cominco's lead/zinc smelter in Canada. We are requesting Superfund or alternative Superfund clean-up methods,not unenforcible, industry- funded alternatives.

Dear Governor Locke,
We, the undersigned, demand a clean-up of the Upper Columbia River and Lake Roosevelt, planned, structured and administered by the EPA and compliant with all existing treaties, laws and agreements.
