I Brett kerby an Norma Lopez my wife was helping my mother in law with her laundry cause she said she couldn't sleep,going to the laundry mat down stairs the officers handcuffed me an my wife for questioning an escorted us to there car. With the information they took from the neighbor they assumed the suspect was in the house,when entering they were NOTIFIED there's a "dog" in the house my friend sleeping in the back room,my mother in law an my daughter neveah 6,my son kayden 6 an my niece ayla 7. 10 to 15 authorities entered the house with shot guns rifles helmets an body armor,my friend woke up an he was with kush,he said to officers let me take KUSH with her leash an escort her out! The officers refused to let my friend an family to escort her out! They told my friend step out after that an so he proceeded to follow instructions,when he stepped out an they escorted my niece they cornered "kush" into the walk-in closet an of the back room an shot her in the mouth,she was not barking or attacking any of the officers,they shot her while my daughter my son an my mother in-law was in the house! They took my daughter an my mother in-law out next then forgot my son an went back for him. After the police officers said they had to shoot my dog cause it attack a officer an bit him. There was no officer attended for any injuries,they wouldn't give us the officers name either. After KUSH was shot she went to the bathroom cause she thought she was punished. The authorities shut the Door of the bathroom an left her to die from 3am to 7am. When animal control was finally NOTIFIED by 630am they arrived at 7am to get kush,we asked authorities an begged them let us see KUSH before you take Her! When animal control went into the bathroom KUSH was alive! The kids an everyone grieved before that CRYING thinking she was dead so my family had to experience this horrific situation an now wher waiting to see if KUSH will live. She's in a shelter in South la receiving medical attention.she is in critical stable condition with deep TISSUE damage an a severe broken jaw with possible nerve damage. THIS cop has to pay for his irresponsible duty an trigger happy behavior! KUSH has been with our family for 5 yrs an is a family member of this household!
