Tell your Senators: Reject Kavanaugh to protect women's health in the US and worldwide

There's no question: The Trump administration wants to restrict women's access to abortion.

This has been clear since Trump's first day in office, when he reinstated the Global Gag Rule, which prohibits federal funding to global organizations that provide abortion information, referrals, or services — and which has impacted an estimated 26 million women and girls globally.

It is also clear in his nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court — a judge whose conservative record indicates that, if he is appointed, Roe v. Wade is at risk, meaning women in the U.S. will lose the right to abortion and women of color will suffer the most.

We must stop this momentum toward extremism and send the message loud and clear that protecting women's fundamental human right to comprehensive sexual and reproductive healthcare, including abortion, is the single most important issue of Kavanaugh's hearing.

Women's lives are on the line.
