Suggest to State of Mississippi that Matthew & Sergio Smart should be allowed to adopt a child from State Foster Care

We would like to ask you to sign this petition to add to our numerous letters from friends,family and colleagues for the State of Mississippi to approve Matthew & Sergio Smart to adopt from the State Foster Care system.
