Location: Pembroke Pines, FL

I have lived in Pines Village for over 27 years. There is a park call Paul J. Maxwell park and it needs an up grade really bad. The kids play there but it is all sand. Needles have been found in the sand as well as feces from cats etc. I see all the other parks in Pembroke Pines getting the rubber mats. When is Maxwell getting the mats? A lot of small children including my granddaughter play there. I pay a lot of property taxes so Do SOMETHING ALREADY!!!
