Demand Sheriff Shoupe Be Held Accountable for Ordering Death of Unarmed Man!

Last spring, Tennessean Michael Dial was shot and killed on the orders of White County Sheriff Oddie Shoupe. Dial was unarmed and gave no indication of threatening officers while engaged in a short slow speed highway chase.

Though the shooting was deemed justified, since then bodycam footage has surfaced showing Shoupe's disturbing lack of regard for Dial's life. He described incidents like these as what he "thrives" on; he also openly admits that he gave the order because he was concerned about damage to his cruisers, displaying a clear contempt for Dial.
