A man beat a puppy while his friend laughed and filmed the whole thing. No, it isn't the start of some twisted movie. It's real life and it happened this months in Bowie County, Texas. But the cruelty didn't end there. After he delivered the dog several beatings with its own leash, he fastened it to the dog's collar and swings the dog - believed to be named Lady - over his shoulder.
A minute later he slams her to the ground breaking her legs. As Lady howls in pain, the man behind the camera laughs, exclaiming in delight " It's broken its leg!"Texarkana police have issued a warrant for the animal abuser and hopefully he will face real justice for what he did to Lady. But we can't be sure. Let's all sign this petition and show the Texarkana Police we support their efforts to put this man behind bars.
