Another day, another horrifying tale of animal abuse.This time in China, where shocked bystanders looked on as a man on a scooter dragged his dog behind him by its neck.
The dog was attached to the scooter by a leash and could do nothing but give in as it was cruelly pulled behind its owner's vehicle. Onlookers assumed that the man had no idea that his dog was behind him and rushed to tell him. In the video, viewers could see other scooter riders talking to the man to tell him about his dog.
But he simply looked behind him, noticed the dog, shrugged and continued on his way. Finally, after one person could no longer bear the sight they bought the dog from the heartless owner.
The person responsible for this gross abuse needs to be found and prosecuted. If he is willing to do this to a dog in plain sight of hundreds of people then who knows what else he is capable of.
