Take the pledge: Count Me In

Every 10 years, the federal government counts each person living in the United States, regardless of citizenship status. The Census helps determine how billions of dollars are allocated to our communities to fund hospitals, bus routes, schools, and programs like CHIP and WIC. It is a critical chance to make sure the needs of our communities are being heard -- and find out where those needs aren't being met.

Now, more than ever, we have to make sure our communities' needs are being heard -- and for that, everyone needs to participate.

Take the pledge to be counted today.

Once you take the pledge, we'll be in touch with more information on how you can ensure your family, friends, and community are counted too.

NOTE: The completion of this pledge does not substitute participation in the upcoming U.S. Census. Learn more about participating at 2020census.gov

The 2020 census will help determine how our hospitals, schools, public transportation and more will be funded over the next 10 years. Accurate census data is critical to ensuring that the needs of our community are heard loud and clear.

Count Me In: I pledge to participate in the 2020 Census today.
