NO to the Troyer Brothers Land Rezoning from Agricultural to Mining and NO to Another mine On 82

We the undersigned citizens of Lehigh Acres and Lee County are grieved by the consideration of a Lime Rock Mine invading historically agriculturally zoned land on SR 82.

We petition the Madame Hearing Examiner, and subsequently, the Zoning Commission to hear the citizens of Lehigh Acres and Lee County and recommend a NO vote for the Troyer Brothers Land Rezoning Request to change the historically zoned land from Agricultural to Mining and to recommend a NO vote to another mine on SR 82.
