Tell Biden to rescind the Trump/DeVos rules that protect campus rapists ASAP!

During the Trump years, right-wing billionaire Betsy DeVos revoked a series of important rules that protected student sexual assault survivors and protected LGBTQ+ students from discrimination.

Instead, she instituted rules that made it easier for rapists to challenge their victims, made it much harder for victims to get justice, and deterred victims from reporting the crime at all.

Tell Biden to restore Obama's Title IX protections ASAP!

The DeVos rules are set to be revoked by the Biden admin and the old protections restored — but not until October.

America's students deserve to be able to start the new school year knowing that they have legal protection should they be a victim of sexual assault or LGBT+ discrimination.
