Demand Vietnam Stops Using Animals in Their Circuses!

Wild animals continue to be used to entertain people in circuses across Vietnam. They are forced to ride bikes and do tricks instead of being able to enjoy themselves in their natural habitats.

According to a recent news story, "19 different animal species were languishing in harsh conditions, not fed properly, suffering animal abuse behaviors and living in fear."

Wild animals should not be used as entertainment for humans. It's cruel, immoral and, as activists stated, sends the wrong message to children. Sign now to urge Vietnam to stop using animals in circuses.

Ton Toan Thang is the Deputy Director of Vietnam Circus Federation and says the animals are treated fine. But that can't be true because as long as animals are being forced to perform instead of live freely and naturally, they are being abused. Humans make excellent circus performers and can consent to perform and be paid for it. Animals do not have this choice, thus the practice is exploitative.

Please sign this petition to tell the VCF to ban the use of animals in circuses in Vietnam.
