Funding to shelter pets abandoned on foreclosed properties.

To prevent more unnecessary animal deaths in shelters and prevent animals from being abandoned by owners whom have foreclosed on their homes. Owner surrenders at shelters are rising and we need a " NO KILL SHELTER" !!!!!
