This officer of the law locked a dog in a foreclosed home to die of starvation and dehydration

At the end of March 2021, a dog was found in an abandoned, foreclosed home in Marion County, South Carolina. The poor thing was surrounded by feces everywhere you looked, meaning the pup had been trapped there for quite some time. Police who discovered the dog found no food or water anywhere -- if they hadn't saved it, it was only a matter of time before the helpless animal would have died from starvation or dehydration.

The most ironic and horrendous part? The person who abandoned this poor dog there to die alone was a member of the Marion County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Greg Pike left this dog to die a slow, painful, lonely death, and all he got was a suspension from the force which could end at any time.

Sign the petition and demand that he is fired permanently, and barred from ever holding a law enforcement position again!

Any officer who cannot respect living beings shouldn't be an officer, it's that simple. Extensive research tells us that there is a direct, undeniable link between harming animals and committing violent acts towards people. Who knows how many other violent offenses Deputy Greg Pike has carried out, abusing his immense power as an officer. Well, it's time that his power be stripped from him before he hurts another animal or person.

Suspension just won't cut it. Sign the petition and demand that the Marion County Sheriff's Office fire Greg Pike!
