Please put an end to the Horse Carriage business! Horses do not belong on pavement, pulling carriages loaded with tourists!

I am deeply concerned for the horses’ welfare. Especially considering that this use is completely unnecessary. The use of human powered bicycle type of carriages are a great substitute in that it creates jobs for humans also.
