Punish these criminals and parasites using mind control voice to skull remote neural monitoring for murder and extortion

I am constantly being targeted daily with death threats against my father me and my cat. They claim they have targeted me since "childhood days"and keep on wiping my "memory card". They say I have wasted my life and are not letting my cat drink water sleep, I am now forced to use syringe to give drinking water.Murder and extortion through mind control going on, also forced speech, they made me say Praise unto me instead of praise be unto him (prophet Muhammad), offer a bounty of 50 crores on Hafiz Saeed on jihad watch and twitter respectively, read my petition on mind control.They are threatening that they will make me abuse Allah before I die probably at the hands of enraged Muslims.They are saying that my cat has made the supreme sacrifice for the nation. Taunts of how will you survive as they have continuously blocked my thinking abilities and I am unemployed for a long time.the v2k voices are threatening to execute, assassinate, switch off my/my cat's oxygen supply. They are targeting physically also causing constipation, indigestion and have made my cat have breathing problem and vomit. They have driven my cat out and got him attacked by other cats or people I don't know but he was unable to get back for a week many times and suffered without food water shelter.They are claiming that they will get me thrown out of my father's house and they will claim the property, they say that Air force naval housing board has blacklisted me due to my behaviour and their plot to grab my inheritance of property. Making my father forcibly go and buy second hand and broken goods some of them which look like available in garbage and old newspaper vendors shop. Claiming they are making my father spend fined 1000 rupees every day for any excuse they think of.Threats of skinning me and my cat alive. Talk of getting me forcibly admitted in Agra mental hospital.have forcibly admitted me to IHBAS, Shahdara, Delhi for alcohol de-addiction which is controlled by DRDO and funded too(falsely diagnosed me as borderline personality disorder. Have been exercising control over our lives and have made me behave irrationally and made my cat urinate on me. I have been made to antagonise people physically and on the internet. They have made me run naked and made me undergo extreme alcohol abuse. Now they are asking me to quit smoking but triggering to smoke more.I am sober since 2 and half years but I can hear their voice clearly most times. Every day and night I and my cat are being targeted affecting our diet( being told how much, when, what to eat)and no restful sleep. Even blocking daily hygiene.My cat keeps crying and I don't know what they are doing to him. Both of us are being agitated. Regularly making me say bad things about Allah and Prophet Muhammad. Other religions also like Hinduism and Christianity Attacking sexually causing dreams thoughts and stimulating private parts causing ejaculation and then calling me aids patient. Arrest them and punish them exposing all their evil and ways they have profited from family like mine. They are misusing their position and power in whatever job that has access to this kind of remote technology to control someone and they have to be caught and punished for blackmail, murder, extortion, death threats, causing physical, mental, financial to name a few harm. I suspect armed forces have access to such technology though they claim to be central government, law enforcement, police etc
