Petition to Install Signal Lights at Balcom Cyn Rd. Intersection – 2018

Location: Somis, CA

The Citizens/Commuters demand that Caltrans install a signal light system at the corner of Balcom Canyon Rd./Highway 118 for the safety of those who use the roadway. The project has been engineered/designed and bid on by contractors. We ask that the project now be made a priority and be constructed within the 2018 calendar year.
