Jerry Dickinson is a father, husband, community advocate, and he's running to be the first Black person elected to Congress from Western Pennsylvania. He's in this race because he deeply believes that we can do better.

Too many people are fighting tooth and nail just to get by — not just in his district, but across the country. We need more people in Congress who will fight for a Green New Deal, Medicare for All, and raising the minimum wage so that all workers can live happy, healthy lives.

These aren't radical ideas or beliefs. For Jerry, it's simply about making sure people have what they need to not only survive, but to thrive. This district is a solid Blue area, so there's no reason we can't push for bold, progressive policies that help lift up all people — not just those at the top. But that can only happen with new leadership.
