Prosecute Sergeant Ian Craven to the full extent of the law.

Two police dogs, one of them a puppy, died when their handler left them locked in his car on one of the hottest days of the year. Craven must feel the full force of the law, particularly as he had already murdered a police spaniel in 2004 by negligently leaving it in a hot car.
