Speak up for starving people in Yemen

Yemen is the world's largest humanitarian crisis. Twenty-two million people — 75 percent of the country's entire population — need assistance or protection. More than 15 million people are on the brink of starvation. Yemen is also suffering through the world's worst cholera outbreak with more than 1 million suspected cases. And more than 3 million Yemenis have been forced to flee in search of safety.
Right now in Yemen there are 400,000 children suffering from severe malnutrition — without immediate treatment, they are unlikely to survive. Severely malnourished children are 11 times more at risk of death than a healthy child if they don't receive treatment in time. Deaths that can be prevented.
Every moment the fighting continues means more vulnerable people are at risk of disease, starvation and death.
This crisis deserves global action. Please stand with USA for UNHCR to support humanitarian relief for displaced families in Yemen. Stand up for people forced to flee their homes, facing violence and danger — they need your support.
As an American, I believe we must help people in their time of greatest need. I believe that people who were forced to flee due to violence and persecution should have a safe place to live and have an opportunity to build a better future.
I stand with the UN Refugee Agency in its mission to reach everyone in need with lifesaving aid and protection. But without enough support, people won't receive the emergency shelter, lifesaving aid and cash assistance they need to cover their most urgent needs, including food, rent and medicine.
