For too long liberal networks have been canceling shows that have held conservative audiences because the show or the actors did not hold true with their values even though the ratings were gold. Once again it has been proven with the cancellation of Roseanne the number one rated comedy in America. On May 29th ABC cancelled the reboot after Roseanne Barr tweeted a so-called racist remark against a former staff member of the Obama Administration. Without a blink of an eye ABC cancelled the show while The View which criticized the largest religion in America still continues to air and Joy Behar still continues to have her job. Countless other shows and actors such as Wanda Skyes, who called president Trump an Orangatang on stage continue to have a platform and are defended by networks such as ABC, and NBC. The networks seem to take a stand against bullying but only when it's bully that's done by conservatives. Enough is enough on behalf of the fans of Rosanne Please Fox purchase the rights to Roseanne just like you did to Last Man Standing and continue to purchase whatever shows that the other networks throw away, that have high ratings. An estimates $60 million dollars in ad revenue was lost by canceling the next season of Rosanne which had an average viewership of over 10 million viewers per episode. Not only did they cancel the renewed season but they removed all re-runs from Hulu and netflix. The American people have had enough of the networks telling us what we have to watch and it's apparent with the dramatic drop in the past 10 years in cancellations of cable and satellite subscriptions in favor of Netflix and free online streaming. The high cancellation rate in new shows also prove that more Americans are turning off what the media is trying to program us to watch.
