Demand that Alan Marsden is charged with harming Stellar Sea Lions and have his fishing license revoked!

    Alan Marsden is a commercial fisherman that fishes for herring in the Straight of Georgia by Vancouver, BC.
    Mr. Marsden has used "bear banger" explosives to scare the Sea Lions away, which has caused injury to Sea Lions in the past, according to the Vancouver Aquarium.
    Mr. Marsden justifies the use of these bear bangers because of "safety" for his crew, when in reality, it is to protect his catch of herring!
    Herring are an important part of the ecosystem, which are consumed by many other animals besides Sea Lions.
    I want the Department of Fisheries and Oceans to charge him with a criminal offense and revoke his fishing license!
