Tell Congress: Support Hospitals and Health Systems
For months now, hospital and health care systems have been on the front lines fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff work tirelessly to provide care and treatment for millions of Americans – including you and your loved ones.
That's why we founded the Coalition to Protect America's Health Care — a group of over 2 million Americans who raise our voices time and again to protect access to quality care. As we gear up for Congress to vote on the next coronavirus relief package, we need to do everything we can to ensure that legislation gives hospitals and health systems the resources they need to care for patients with COVID-19. That means asking passionate advocates – like you – to join our community and protect quality care during this difficult time for our country.
When you send a letter to your lawmakers today, you do something powerful. You support hospital heroes on the front lines. You ask members of Congress to prioritize patient care. You stand up for the health of you, your family, your community, and your fellow Americans.

Dear decision maker,Sign PetitionSign Petition
A recent study by the American Hospital Association (AHA) found that hospitals and health systems responding to the COVID-19 pandemic incurred more than $320 billion in losses through June.As a member of the Coalition to Protect America's Health Care, this is deeply concerning to me. Doctors, nurses, and other health care providers are on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, and they need your support to ensure care for every patient. To make sure these hospital heroes have the resources they need, the next coronavirus relief package needs to include:-Financial support for hospital and health systems and front line workers, including child care, transportation, and educational benefits.-Forgiveness of Medicare accelerated payments.-Preserving and building on health insurance coverage.-Liability protections for physicians, nurses and hospitals and health systems providing care to COVID-19 patients. As your constituent, I am asking you to support our state's hospitals and their dedicated staff by including these provisions in the next COVID package.
It is imperative that we do everything in our power to ease the burden on doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff who are working tirelessly to keep our communities safe and healthy.
