Stop Killing Homeless Dogs in Armenia

In Yerevan and in districts continues to  to kill homeless dogs!
Of course democracy works and the number of killed dogs decrease, but it is not enough. Not a single dog can be killed.
The worst is that Government of Armenia does nothing to help that animals, they even sponsor it under the pretext that there are too many dogs to spay or neuter. Of course it is cheaper to kill than to sterilize, but it is not humaneness.
We have shelters but they are not enough for all. We have organizations that try to save dogs but they are not strong enough
We, citizens of Armenia, must help animals.
Dear Minister,
We are writing to you as concerned people, those who support humane societies and other animal protection organizations. We live in civilized society and by this petition we want to show that we care about animals, and can't stand such treatment to them.
If you try to help them, we the undersigned, will do our best to help you in that mission. We can organize donations, ask international organizations  to support us.
Thank you for consideration.
