Over the last year, I demonstrated to the Siri Singh Sahib Corporation (SSSC) the malfeasances of Akal Security managerial employee Mr. Holman, who is a serial abuser of people (i.e., his subordinates) in which he assaulted and battered me on August 19, 2016. I also demonstrated to the SSSC, Akal's complicity in representing a man who they know, intentionally, deliberately assaulted, and battered me, and abused his subordinates.
Notably, I even provided evidence to the SSSC some of Mr. Holman's actions of verbal abuse that he committed against one of his subordinates employees (i.e., a witness in my case) and two tweets to demonstrate that others know of the verbal and physical abuse.
The SSSC published a letter titled "Letter from Siri Singh Sahib Corporation on Investigation Findings" in which the letter stated in part that: "The SSSC and all of its affiliated organizations stand united against sexual abuse and abuse of any type."
The SSSC should know that Mr. Holman also abused his female subordinates (i.e., witnesses), as it was alleged that its leader did. The hypocrisy of the SSSC to stand by, and let its affiliated organization Akal Security represent a man who physically and verbally abused his subordinates, but condemned the actions of its former leader/founder, who it was alleged that he abused his subordinates, is disingenuous.
It should be noted that I have shown the SSSC, Akal, and the KIIT company proof that Mr. Holman was a serial abuser of people, that witnesses will testify not only that Mr. Holman abused people, but Akal, the SSSC's affiliated organization in which they oversee knew that he abused people, and they covered up his actions.
In addition, local United States Marshal Service (USMS) and Akal managerial employees destroyed evidence (i.e., the video footage) of the attack in support of Akal, and Mr. Holman to avert justice. The USMS and Akal's actions are sad, and dishonorable. Particularly the USMS, because they are supposed to uphold the law, not intentionally, knowingly, and deliberately violate it, which was what they did by destroying evidence to help Akal and Mr. Holman escape justice. However, as the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice." The USMS, Akal, and Mr. Holman will not escape the arc of justice, because no one is above the law.
