Demand fair justice and law to disabled people wrongfully put in prison for crimes not committed but wrongly blamed for.

My deaf and legally blind daughter has been locked up in West Memphis Dept. of Community Corrections prison unit now for almost a year on Dec 3. She was given a 6 year sentence for a failure to appear charge for which she was in the hospital giving birth to a son that was born breech and premature and was flown to Little Rock , Ark. Children's Hospital where he after holding on for only 9 short days , passed away from kidney failure and liver damage and caused from being born born early and getting stuck in the birth canal. The law enforcement here in Harrison , Ark. and the workers from the DFS and one Dr. from the Hospital are trying to say that she more or less killed her baby, which she was literally told this by police officers as they came to arrest her at Children's hospital the day her child was to be removed from life support. The cruelty , pain and shame they put on her was so humiliating as she begged and begged for them to please let her say goodbye and hold her baby one last time and kiss him goodbye but was refused this and took her away in handcuffs in front of everyone only 15 minutes before baby Steven was unplugged from life support. No kiss no hug and no show of sadness or regret from any law enforcement , Dr. or DHS case worker at all. Instead they accused her of killing him saying she was high on methamphetamine when I know that is not true because I was with her the whole time. They took her straight to jail last Dec 3 and she's been there ever since. She's up for parole in Feb. 2021 only to find out that she's got a jury trial coming up when she gets out for this. We thought the time she's doing now was for the whole thing but found out that's not true..shes in now for Failure to appear only with a 6 year sentence..how is that fair.. It's cruel..heartless..uncaring and so painful when her child is dead and she was refused the chance to say goodbye or even attend his funeral.. The law here has got to change. Something has to be done..They are supposed to protect and serve.. Not blame..curse and find joy in hurting people.. It's unjust and just downright mean and I want to get a petition for her early release..Please help me get my innocent child home..shes suffered long enough at the hands of an unjust system. Thank you.
