HOW MANY MORE NUMBERS HAVE TO RISE, AND FAMILYS SUFFER, TO START SAVING LIVES?

How many more, conversations will we have, while the clock tics, and another one down? You do realize, that there have been 45 homicides, in Stockton Since Jan 2018? That is averaging ruffly three killings a day, by People who actually don't even reside here, but have come to join the uncontrollable gangs, that have overpowered Our Police Force. There, is a time that tax papers money HAS TO BE SPENT TOWARDS something that will make our children live longer, and allow us to protect them. With the tools we have now, we are all in fear. There is not a moment, that I feel safe, in or out of my home. This can't be a whining party, or a bitch session people, "what is the definition of Insanity"? Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting "different results." We are experts at this! It is now time to demand that Stockton spends money on the safety of this community, and NOT on Rewarding criminals with allowances for rent, etc... We need those dollars to bring in A GANG task force, and not for a few weeks, or months, BUT FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES for us to clean Stockton up, and take Stockton Back. This will include, the killing Criminals, being convicted without a plea bargain, but go to prison and get rehabilitated, so they may one day enter life, as a civil human if deserving, based on the extent of the crime. This means, Spending money on street lights everywhere, so there is no dark ally or street where a criminal might be lurking through. This means build housing for the homeless, to take them off the streets, with this being said, they to will be participating in rehabilatation, by maintaining these buildings, and going to  work entry program, it will be mandatory to be able to reside in the homes built and also  have community services provide work project people to work for these homes, for there fines, this way the community doesn't have to pay for employees to run these homes. This means, HAVING THE NECESSARY GANG TASK FOR IMMEDIATELY, SO WE CAN DO OUR JOBS AS PARENTS and children of the elderly, AND PROTECT OUR CHILDREN, and ELDERLY FROM THESE RIVALS, AND GANGS. WITHOUT AN ARMORED GANG  TASK FORCE, WE WILL NEVER WIN OUR CITY BACK. It'S UP TO US. Will you join me in putting your signature, where your mouth is? I know you want to live to see tomorrow, don't you? Or look at your child reach grade School, High School. College? Tubbs says he is going to use Stockton in trying the"controversial advancement peace program, in 2019 and see How it does. He wants to pay people not to shoot! On the other hand, he is going to be handing out to the working poor! Does this mean that the working poor, are the people shooting? Or does, this mean the shooters are working? Why hand over 500.00, when there is no way, that will last a day, not in this economy. It certainly isn't going to shelter someone, maybe for a night! Why can't we attach a string that encourages positive actions? Get addiction counseling. Get a job skill. Receive implantable birth control. Attend mental health counseling. Learn how to perform at a job interview. Volunteer. Cash out of the question, but the money would go straight to a food card if that's what they needed, or a bill of there choice. NOT CASH, most of the shooters, I say homicides, are on drugs, that 500.00 is just going to get them high for the next round of bullets. You are the destiny of which you seek. It starts and ends with you! Please sign, that Tubbs, uses that money for a program that will only work once, weed out the gangsters, then the troubled will be more willing to listen and participate in something so kind and giving. Until these thugs are gone, the chaos, cannot PUT A BAND-AID AND REPLACE IT WITH THE PROGRAM. We are demanding a FUll-time Armored Gang Taskforce this year, for as long as it takes to feel safe again and see the numbers of deaths in our society go down, the money needs to go to safety before you give away money, TO THE VERY ONES, WHO NEED TO BE OFF THE STREETS NOT ENCOURAGED TO STAY!!
