MOVE THIS MONSTER OUT OF MILLS!!!!!

Christopher Micah Benson, born 7-4-1973 is being released from Klamath County Jail on October 23, 2017! He is a re-offending level 3 sex offender, which is the highest risk offender for re-offense. He has already been imprisoned for sex crimes before and re-offended. He is being housed at 2148 Applegate Ave Klamath Falls Oregon 97601. The issue with this housing arrangement is that he is being placed in the most poverty stricken neighborhood in Klamath Falls Oregon, a neighborhood where all our children have to do on the weekends is ride bikes and play at the park. That requires our children being in the range of this man at all hours of the day once he is released from his work crew restrictions! We are aware that almost all neighborhoods in Klamath Falls have a school or park "close" but our school and park are 4 and 1 block away from this mans home! This neighborhood has single parent working homes, double parent working homes, and many of our kids are not always supervised, and this puts them at higher risk of being this mans next victim. Many of the parents here are poor due to the fact that we (including myself) have been drug addicts because we ourselves were raped or molested as children and did not know how to cope correctly so we chose unconventional paths until given the tools to cope, and we ended up having to rent the cheapest house in the cheapest neighborhood, hoping we could provide a safe place for our children where they did not have to live in fear of being subjected to the things we were, and our county is putting a snake next to baby hens that are weaker than most due to their circumstances!! We are asking that the county take more time in finding this man a place to live. If he has to be released he needs to be put somewhere besides Mills Addition plain and simple!! We are asking that he is put somewhere that is not 4 blocks from a school and 1 block from a park. Somewhere that is not the most poverty stricken children filled neighborhood in Klamath!! This is not a question of if he reoffends it is a question of when and whos child is it going to be!!!!
