We demand that the Certificate of Obligation in Reno Texas be brought to a vote by the people of Reno Texas.

    The citizens of Reno want to have a say with The Certificate of Obligation loan. We believe it will bankrupt our town and taking 40 years to pay it off is not being a wise steward of our city resources. We want a ballot vote by all the people before council and Mayor Hunter are allowed to move forward.
