I have provided facts and actual evidence in the Macomb County Divorce Court for justification of full custody of my daughter through proofs of prescriptions related to severe bipolar disorder/schizophrenia, and suicidal tendencies of my ex along with other severe mental health issues of my ex and several of her family members, and an e-mail regarding one family members (Nicole Faubert) severe mental health and hostility towards me for reporting my ex to CPS for valid reason pre-divorce, and her viciously and drunkenly assaulting me at a bar just after the divorce while the Court refused to allow for a thorough investigation into the evidence detrimental to the ex and her family and some friends also. I have submitted this info to the court previously which they destroyed or disregarded the evidence while I have tried to involve the Court Advisory board as well with obstruction and apparent negligence. The court has allowed opposing counsel Lori Finazzo to chronically lie for her client & not hold my ex accountable for lying under oath and refusing to be amicable and enabling her hostility towards me post divorce. Lori Finazzo even created a false condition of hospice for my daughter and attempting to fabricate a medical reason for my ex to attain employment and to blatantly avoid pre-employment drug screening.
I am looking for Judge Rancilio and Referees Maio and Kole to be disbarred for refusing to hold Lori Finazzo to grossly produce slander, libel, disparaging remarks and false accusations against me without consequence due to their bias and unprofessional friendship with Lori Finazzo. Due to parental alienation and severe emotional/financial distress upon myself, I need to be awarded by the court sizable monetary damages for promoting a divisive gender bias rhetoric & narrative and not acting upon what is in the best interests of my multiple handicap daughter. The transcripts of the Judge/Referee clerks need to be deemed invalid for falsification and treated as what they truly are, absolute garbage. Deputy C. Kohlmeyer needs to be held under oath by a neutral third party who is not friends with any members of the court to testify that Judge Rancilio blatantly did my case last on 6/11/18 in the morning so there was no other neutral parties to witness her bully, threaten and intimidate me with jail for stating facts regarding the perjury and misconduct of this court and "holding me in contempt of court for simply talking" while allowing Lori Finazzo slander and vilify me.
The solution I am looking for is disbarment of said Judges/Referees and monetary damages from the court there is some accountability and semblance of ethics and integrity & an interest for equality of Fathers Rights in divorce. I have even attempted to involve the FOX 2 Problem Solvers, WXYZ Investigators, higher authorities, and other media outlets to hold the Macomb County Court, Judicial Tenure Commission, State Bar Association accountable.
