In Home Support Service Providers Demand for Time Cards and Paychecks to be paid and or processed "Expeditiously" in conjunction with weekend paycheck processing and payments to be processed and received a day before a holiday.

The In Home Support Providers are tired of having to wait an excess amount of time to receive our paychecks and delayed times of out time cards to be processed. Social Security and Welfare are paid in a timely manner and payments are processed on weekends and a day before the holiday. We are requesting to have our "EARNED" paychecks in the same manner "EQUAL" to other checks paid by the State Controller's Office ( Betty T. Yee ) and or other Government or State agencies. We DEMAND to be included to have OUR checks processed as quickly as Social Security and Welfare recipients do.

As In-Home Support Providers our checks and time cards are not equally processed through out the counties in California. We are asking for our "PAY" checks to be processed Monday through Sunday and to be paid a day before a holiday. Social Security and Welfare recipients are paid in a timely manner.


Once the time card is received the processing SHOULD NOT EXCLUDE WEEKENDS!


If we have to endure long wait times for our paychecks then so should the people who process them wait as long as we do!. We work HARD for this money, and it is all "EARNED". There should be no reason for the excessive wait times of our paychecks.

Hello all,

We are still in need of many more signatures. If you know anyone else who is a provider or recipient please urge them to sign the petition. We can be heard with more signatures.. Thanks for making a difference for ALL of us...
