All tenants that have a prior eviction should not be discriminated on and allowed to move to another apartment unit without any restrictions

All citizens should have a right in the community even if something went wrong in another apartment to move forward to another apartment with out discrimination on income and eviction. that doesn’t mean that you can’t go right in another area if there is a problem since his damages whatever have you needs to be dealt with and they shouldn’t be judge for what they had previously occurred in the other apartment establishment there’s no telling what led up to that person being displaced from their home I feel like these when we should be made to work out more things with the tenants And just be allowed to evict them they should be made to help them to get credit counseling and also to come up with ways to keep the payments on task if they want to put a ring ahead of time and should be a problem we should be able to pay your rent ahead of time without the landlord to get an exit we don’t want early raining all it is in this really isn’t fair that you have to wait so long in order to get housing I realize there’s a crisis out here but people need stable living quarters and they need to make sure all private housing is not scamming or taken advantage of tenants. Do you need a legal center for private landlords and tenants so they can know their rights against them so they’re not taking advantage decisions and I have no pay double rent and I may have them double income in all places to be charged and 30%, I think that’s fair to all residents in it I do need to make sure that every resident is not missing each other I know they do stay in my own apartment units
