Rescue Two Abused Dogs From Man Who Dragged Dog With His Car

A man has been caught on camera taking his two dogs for a walk. So what right? What's the big deal? Well, when Facebook user Desiree Nicole saw a man walking his dogs with a car she knew that it was a very big deal.

Desiree recorded the man tying one of his two dogs to his car and then driving off. The poor dog tried all he could to keep up the pace while the other dog, which wasn't attached, ran alongside.

When she finally confronted the man to tell him that his dog wasn't able to keep up and that he was dragging her. He became "very vulgar and aggressive." And seemed to show no remorse whatsoever.

According to reports, the man was also spotted throwing one of the dogs to the floor when it refused to get out of his car and kneeing another one.

But despite this blatant show of animal cruelty, officials in Lancaster, California refused to protect the pups. Instead, they insisted that the dogs weren't injured and the owner just needed to learn "some proper pet care."

Sorry, but if you haven't learned that dragging a dog by a car is wrong by the time you are 20 years old, you will never learn. Lancaster officials are leaving these two dogs in the hands of an animal abuser and have neglected their duty to protect by refusing to confiscate the two pooches and give them to a rescue organization.

Please demand that they correct this mistake now. Please sign the petition and ask Lancaster police to take the two abused dogs away and ensure they find loving homes.
