Petition to allow owners of townhouses w/no garage to place a vehicle charging station at their assigned parking spot

Townhouses owners in favor to lowering Global Warming want the right to install standing vehicle charges at their assigned parking spots instead of running cables over sidewalk. Standing charges are neater and safer for pedestrians. The petition is supported by Virginia Right-to-Charger (SB-630) law that went in affect July 1, 2020.

The petition is to change the HOA regulation to allow townhouses owners to install vehicle charges on HOA ground. Such change on the regulations would be beneficial not only for those own townhouses, but to the entire neighborhood as we can see house prices increasing and helping to save the planet for the future generation.
