The New Lighting System Installed At Bowin Place Senior Apartments.

The Residents at Bowin Place Senior Apartments Are Concerned Regarding The New Lighting System That Was Recently Installed In Our Building. We were Unaware That We were Transitioning  To a New Lighting System That Is sensorties,  And that makes the Residents Feel Uncomfortable And Fear For Their Safety. This Is a Senior Citizens Complex, And The Consensus Among The Residents Are That The Lights Should Remain On As They Were Before.  We Want To Reinirate This Issue is In Regards To The Residents S A F E T Y.  We Thank You For Your Time, Understanding And Your Cooperation.
