We the residents of Bakersfield are concerned for our/loved ones safety. Over the years the Hookah and Cigar Lounge has not made any effort to change nor take better security measures to ensure local businesses and residents safety. The goal is to prevent any future establishment's fron being opend by the same ownership/management to protect any future deaths or prominent gang affiliated hangouts.
