Help ban forced overtime as a tool of business

Many companies force their employees to work overtime, regardless of the family situation at home. Forced overtime should be made illegal, it should illegal to include it in any clause in any contract for employment in any wording for any reason. it should be illegal to make required overtime work a condition of employment. All overtime work should be voluntary. NO ONE should be forced to work overtime, as a requirement for employment.
