Tell Guatemala’s President 0.02 USD cents cost for a mandatory vehicle’s insurance is not “unfair” to secure millions in aid to second cause of death victims in a poor country

The Human Right to Life and Physical Integrity and Health is the first in the Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations. Also, in the Political Constitution of Guatemala, as in almost every country in the world, the law in Guatemala orders a mandatory insurance for all vehicles in case of accidents in favor of occupants and third parties. The second cause of death and the first cause of injuries and persons with disabilities in this country of Central America are traffic accidents. Its President, Alejandro Giammattei, repealed the mandatory insurance of Commercial Vehicles in favor of traffic victims, which only costs 0.02 USD cents per passenger, signing an Agreement that he supports indicating that it is "unfair" for carriers. Today the victims, poor people from every corner of the country, thanks to the President who paradoxically is also a doctor, a firefighter and a disabled person, do not receive anything. People who don’t speak Spanish, without education or money to defend themselves. Why does a President do this to his country? Tell the President of Guatemala to re-publish mandatory insurance so that victims receive help and do not choose to migrate to the United States. Why defend saving 1USD a day to carriers and sacrificing a country? Or to 19 million possible victims.
